Through certification by The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) for alcohol analysis, The Institute of Food Safety and Defense facilitates the export of domestic alcohol beverage products by ensuring that our senior chemists have the required proficiencies to generate quality data and conduct chemical analyses required for the exportation of alcohol beverages.

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau provides certification to chemists through its Chemist Certification Program for the export of beverage alcohol to foreign markets. Certified expert chemists at The Institute of Food Safety and Defense test the following concentrations in your alcohol beverages in accordance with TTB procedures:

• Calories
• Fat
• Carbohydrates
• Protein

You will receive a report of required analyses performed by our certified chemist that you can submit with your shipments of exported alcohol beverages. Furthermore, the results of your analyses can be reported to the government of the country importing your products to fulfill regulatory requirements.
